Months after the work, a carrier disputes the job. The story is in six inboxes and a phone.
Verinode assembles each job from the paper it already produces: the dated milestones, every supplement round and what the carrier did with each line, the callbacks, and what is on file.
What You See
The milestones from sold to paid, each with its date, against the service target while the job is open.
Intake, the work, the estimate and the pushback in one dated rail, with the calls and meetings that touched the job.
Every round with its cause, the carrier's call on every line, and how the estimate changed between versions.
What this kind of job should have on file against what it has: the agreement, the photos, the readings, the sign-offs.
Every return visit under the job, with its cause and what came back, and the job's margin restated for it.
The whole record as one PDF to hand your attorney, with a redacted copy for anyone else.
Where You Land
The Job File
We'll show you exactly where you land, the moment you're in.
What membership includesBenchmarked On
A peer line does not appear until enough distinct operators sit behind it. You will see fewer numbers early, and the ones you see are the ones the sample can support.
Read From
Your estimates and supplements, carrier emails, invoices and payments, photos and readings from the field, and call transcripts. Verinode reads what those already produce. There is nothing to migrate, no form to retype your business into, and every connection is read-only: it never writes back into a system you own.
Common Questions
Everything that happened on the job, in order: the milestones, the estimate versions, every supplement round and the carrier's response line by line, the callbacks, and the documents. Each fact links back to the paper it came from.
Yes. The job file downloads as one PDF: the record from intake through carrier pushback, the correspondence, and an index of exhibits. A redacted copy masks third-party names for sharing more widely.
No. It assembles itself from what you forward and upload. Where a job is missing something it should have, the file names the document.
Your raw data sits in its own encrypted environment scoped to your account, and the only thing that leaves it for the benchmarks is anonymized aggregate. IQ runs on models from Anthropic and OpenAI, which process your data only to answer your request and are contractually barred from training on it. Your data is never sold to insurance carriers, and that is written into the Data Use Policy rather than only into marketing. Every connection is read-only, so Verinode never writes back into a system you own. We are early and say so plainly, including the parts we cannot prove yet: verinode.ai/security lists what we do and what we have not done, and verinode.ai/subprocessors names every third party that touches anything.
Why Operators Join
Verinode reads across the tools you already run and returns the few decisions worth your week, ranked by what they are worth. Nothing to migrate, and nothing to rip out.
