A callback is paid for twice: once on the job, and again on the trip back.
Verinode reads every return visit off your job records: what it cost net of what came back, why it happened, and how long the customer waited.
What You See
What callbacks cost as a share of revenue, against what your books accrue for them, and the rate the year actually needed.
The product, the workmanship, or keeping the customer. A product callback names the supplier to recover from.
What came back from suppliers and subs, what is still open, and the days from a report to the first visit.
Every state you work in, with its warranty requirement and the regulations that reach you there.
Where You Land
Callbacks
We'll show you exactly where you land, the moment you're in.
What membership includesBenchmarked On
A peer line does not appear until enough distinct operators sit behind it. You will see fewer numbers early, and the ones you see are the ones the sample can support.
Read From
Your job records and the return visits on them, supplier and sub chargebacks, and the warranty line on your profit and loss. Verinode reads what those already produce. There is nothing to migrate, no form to retype your business into, and every connection is read-only: it never writes back into a system you own.
Common Questions
A callback is the work coming back, whatever the cause: the product, the workmanship, or keeping the customer. Warranty is the legal and accounting term, and it stays where the law and the books use it.
No. Verinode reads them off the job records you already keep, and a customer's message after a job closes can be recorded as one. Only a cause a document stated or you confirmed counts toward a benchmark.
Each product callback names the supplier, and Recoveries shows what came back and what is still open, by supplier. The chargeback is yours to pursue; the number tells you which ones are worth it.
Your raw data sits in its own encrypted environment scoped to your account, and the only thing that leaves it for the benchmarks is anonymized aggregate. IQ runs on models from Anthropic and OpenAI, which process your data only to answer your request and are contractually barred from training on it. Your data is never sold to insurance carriers, and that is written into the Data Use Policy rather than only into marketing. Every connection is read-only, so Verinode never writes back into a system you own. We are early and say so plainly, including the parts we cannot prove yet: verinode.ai/security lists what we do and what we have not done, and verinode.ai/subprocessors names every third party that touches anything.
Why Operators Join
Verinode reads across the tools you already run and returns the few decisions worth your week, ranked by what they are worth. Nothing to migrate, and nothing to rip out.
