Memberships
Priced by location. All pay back.
A membership is priced by location. One rate for each place you run, whether that is a single business or nine of them, so what you pay follows the size of the operation and nothing else. Every location brings its own decision capacity, and it is pooled across the business rather than split between branches, so the work happens where the week takes it.
Dues run with the calendar year, not with the day you signed up. Each quarter brings new benchmarks and a new report, and your membership renews alongside them, on January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1. Join partway through a quarter and you pay only for the days left in it, to the cent. Pay the year up front instead and a bonus month of capacity comes with it. Add a location mid-term and you pay only for the days remaining; close one and the change takes effect at renewal, with the capacity you have already paid for staying yours until then.

Yes. Switch off auto-renew from billing settings anytime, and access runs to the end of the period you have paid for: the current quarter if you pay quarterly dues, the current year if you paid the year up front. We don’t do refunds, and you shouldn’t need one: Contributor membership is free, and every new account starts with a 14-day Executive trial, no card required. Run Verinode on your own data first. When the trial ends you stay a Contributor for free, for as long as you like.
No. We never share your data with anyone. Codified in our Terms of Service. Audited. The whole reason Verinode exists is to be on the Operator side of the table. One breach of that promise kills the brand permanently, and we know it.
