The Chief Data Officer for restoration operators
IQ analyzes what your tools collect and brings you three or four decisions a week. Drafted. Cited. Costed.
Included with Executive, Premier, and Reserve memberships.

What it is
Not another login, not another dashboard. A Chief Data Officer that you onboard. An analyst for your data, who finds the leaks your team will miss, drafts the action, and waits for your call. Across every part of the business.

What it covers
What you see
Open IQ on the laptop in the morning. The week's decisions, ranked by what costs you most. Open IQ on the truck in the afternoon. Same trust, mobile-first.

Outcomes
5–8%
Vendor spend recovered
Catalog alternatives, peer pricing, contract review, surfaced as decisions, not reports.
1–3pp
GM lift on jobs
Fully burdened labor cost joined across your field-hours tool, books, and estimates, plus chart-of-accounts mapping that finds margin leaks per job, per carrier, per season.
10–15%
Supplement capture
Every line the carrier or TPA cut, on the roof as well as the interior, benchmarked against what the network gets paid on it, so you cite the number instead of guessing.
4–8 hrs
Owner time freed weekly
Synthesis the AI does so the owner doesn't. Decisions sit in your inbox each week, ranked.
How it works
01
Forward what you already have. Email an invoice. Snap a photo. Paste a P&L. Voice-memo from the cab. Drop in the notes from any call or meeting, even your customer support calls. Bulk-import a client or vendor list. Drop an Xactimate .esx and it's read line by line. Or connect the tools your data already lives in, your mailbox, a shared Drive folder, QuickBooks, and wire it straight in through the REST API. Every rail feeds the same pipe; LLM extraction handles the structure. Nothing to learn.
02
Encrypted under a key scoped to your account the moment it lands. PII isolated in its own database, region-deployable, row-level security on every table. Our automated systems decrypt it only to run the product, and every access is logged. The agent that reads your raw data is your agent. It serves no one else.
03
Anonymized aggregate is the only thing that crosses out of your side. It feeds back into the model. Plans for similar signals across the network learn from what landed. Your contribution sharpens the next Member's decision; theirs sharpens yours.
04
Three or four a week, ranked by dollar impact. Drafted. Cited. Costed. Email-first, mobile-second. You act, park, or override. The work continues in the inbox, not in another dashboard you have to learn. When you do open the app, it is built for two-minute check-ins: a feed to scroll, decisions to swipe.

Where IQ runs
Forward a carrier adjuster's pushback to your Verinode | IQ address. Within minutes you have your history with that adjuster, what the network gets paid on the exact line they cut, and a drafted response citing it, sitting in your inbox. No app to open. No dashboard to check.
Jane denying the AM line on 4521 again. What's my history with her? Worth pushing back or just take the partial?
— Marcus
Marcus,
Reviewed the supplement on Job #4521 (Loss #CM-2026-08821). I can approve $11,400 of the $14,200 submitted, but I'm going to need scope clarification on the antimicrobial treatment line ($1,800) before I can move that through.
The Cat 2 classification supports drying and limited removal, but I'm not seeing documentation that puts antimicrobial application inside Cardinal Mutual's standard scope here. Can you send the moisture readings + photo log that backs the AM call?
I'm out Monday but available Tues-Thu. Quick turn appreciated.

Your data, your terms
The storage layer for your operating data. Encrypted under a key scoped to your account, your access rules, your audit trail. We don’t provide your data to carriers, vendors, or competitors.
Your sensitive vault data is encrypted under a key scoped to your account. No other operator or carrier can read it, and no Verinode employee can browse or export it through any tool we operate. Our automated systems decrypt it only to run the product, and every access is logged.
Your operating data lives in a dedicated PII boundary with row-level security on every table. No cross-operator access, no vendor reads, no carrier reads. Verinode staff cannot query individual operator records.
Every email IQ sends on your behalf, every plan it drafts, every entity it updates is recorded in your security log. Reviewable, auditable, revocable.
We don't provide your data to insurance carriers, vendors, or competitors. We aggregate it for you, and only for you.
