Every number Verinode shows you traces back to a document. The Vault is where you go to check one.
Every document that flows in is parsed, encrypted, and kept with a receipt of exactly what was read and what was written. When a recommendation says a figure, you can open the invoice it came from.
What You See
Every parsed document with its extraction confidence, so you can see what the system read well and what it flagged.
Extractions the pipeline was not confident about, surfaced rather than written silently. The system is built to fail loud.
What each document produced: the jobs, costs, and signals it fed, so a number is traceable rather than asserted.
What arrived, what it changed, and what it means, without you having to go looking.
No Peer Line Here
This one is about your own operation rather than the network, so there is nothing to compare it against and we do not invent a benchmark to fill the space. The peer figures live on the sections that have them.
All benchmark dimensionsRead From
Everything that flows in: forwarded email, uploads, exports, accounting connections, and transcripts. Verinode reads what those already produce. There is nothing to migrate, no form to retype your business into, and every connection is read-only: it never writes back into a system you own.
Common Questions
A record of exactly what was read out of a document and what was written to your data, including anything corrected or dropped on the way. It is the reason a Verinode recommendation is auditable rather than a black box: you can trace a dollar figure back through the receipt to the specific invoice or estimate it came from, and check it.
It says so instead of guessing. Low-confidence extractions are flagged for review rather than written quietly, and the normalization layer rejects values that do not match the shape of your data rather than storing something malformed. An honest gap is recoverable; a confident wrong number is not.
Your own environment is encrypted and scoped to you. Documents are processed by language model providers under contractual terms barring training on your data, with direct identifiers replaced by placeholders on the text paths. PDFs are a deliberate exception and are sent as rendered pages, because masking a scan before it is read destroys extraction on invoices and estimates. We name that exemption rather than describing the masking as universal. The full detail, including what we have not done yet, is at verinode.ai/security.
Your raw data sits in its own encrypted environment that only your Chief Data Officer reads, and the only thing that leaves it for the benchmarks is anonymized aggregate. It is never sold or given to carriers, competitors, or anyone else, and that is written into the Data Use Policy rather than only into marketing. Every connection is read-only, so Verinode never writes back into a system you own. We are early and say so plainly, including the parts we cannot prove yet: verinode.ai/security lists what we do and what we have not done, and verinode.ai/subprocessors names every third party that touches anything.
Why Operators Join
Verinode reads across the tools you already run and returns the few decisions worth your week, ranked by what they are worth. Nothing to migrate, and nothing to rip out.
