Certifications

A lapsed certification is invisible until it is expensive. Coverage resting on one person is invisible until they are on vacation.

Certifications, current, covered, and provable.

Verinode reads the expiry dates off the certificates themselves and tells you what is lapsing, which carrier programs you are eligible for, and where your credential coverage is one person deep.

What You See

Renewals due

What expires next, by person and by credential, early enough to renew rather than scramble.

Carrier program eligibility

Which programs your current credentials qualify you for, and which one certification away you are from another.

Team depth coverage

Where a credential rests on a single person. That is a single point of failure that only surfaces when the commercial job needing it lands the week they are away.

Subs due for renewal

The same check across your subcontractors, because their lapse becomes your exposure on your job.

Where You Land

Your own numbers you can already pull. Where they sit against operators like you, you cannot.

The full dimension

A peer line does not appear until enough distinct operators sit behind it. You will see fewer numbers early, and the ones you see are the ones the sample can support.

Read From

Your certification register and training records, with expiry dates read from the certificates themselves. Verinode reads what those already produce. There is nothing to migrate, no form to retype your business into, and every connection is read-only: it never writes back into a system you own.

Common Questions

Questions worth asking.

How does Verinode know when a certification expires?

It reads the date off the certificate. You forward or upload the documents you already receive, and the expiry becomes a fact the system tracks rather than a field somebody has to type in and remember to update. That is the difference between a register that is current and one that was current in March.

What is team certification coverage?

The share of your team carrying a given credential, rather than whether the business holds it at all. A business that is IICRC-certified because one technician is certified is exposed in a way the binary answer hides. Coverage is the metric that makes the concentration visible.

Does this help with carrier programs?

Yes, and it is the most direct return on keeping the register clean. Program eligibility usually turns on specific credentials held by a specific number of people, so Verinode can show which programs you already qualify for and which are one certification away, instead of you discovering the requirement during an application.

Is my data safe?

Your raw data sits in its own encrypted environment that only your Chief Data Officer reads, and the only thing that leaves it for the benchmarks is anonymized aggregate. It is never sold or given to carriers, competitors, or anyone else, and that is written into the Data Use Policy rather than only into marketing. Every connection is read-only, so Verinode never writes back into a system you own. We are early and say so plainly, including the parts we cannot prove yet: verinode.ai/security lists what we do and what we have not done, and verinode.ai/subprocessors names every third party that touches anything.

Why Operators Join

It is already in your data. Nobody has read it yet.

Verinode reads across the tools you already run and returns the few decisions worth your week, ranked by what they are worth. Nothing to migrate, and nothing to rip out.
