How is this different from my roofing or production software?
Those tools run the install and the crew. Why is exterior its own page and not part of reconstruction?
Because it's a different motion. Reconstruction is the interior rebuild on a job you already mitigated, the same customer and address. Exterior, the roofing and envelope work, is usually a separate crew, a storm-driven pipeline, and a retail-plus-supplement sales motion. The business questions are different, so the benchmark story is too.
Is my data safe?
Your raw data lives in its own encrypted database scoped to your account. Only anonymized aggregates reach the benchmarks, and your data is never sold to insurance carriers or shown to another operator. The benchmarks never expose an individual operator, and the policy, architecture, and methodology are all published.
